Never Dunn Learning Scholarship for Teachers

APPLICATIONS FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP ARE NOT YET BEING ACCEPTED.
The Never Dunn Learning Scholarship was established by Mrs. Jan Dunn in 2025 to provide tuition assistance to a teacher in the Marysville EVSD or the North Union School District who wants to pursue graduate coursework that is supportive of the district’s instructional program.
REQUIREMENTS: 
Applicants must be residents of Union County, Ohio.
Applicants must currently be teachers in the Marysville EVSD or the North Union School District.
Applicants must be enrolled in or anticipating enrollment in a graduate level course.
Two letters of recommendation.
Essay.
It is expected that one $1,000 scholarship will be awarded in 2026.

Lucy Ellen Haywood Pastoral and Missionary Scholarship

APPLICATIONS FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP ARE NOT YET BEING ACCEPTED.
This scholarship was founded in 2020 in memory of Lucy Ellen Haywood. Lucy's faith was of the highest priority in her life and her guiding light. She spent many decades teaching and modeling her Christian faith. As such, via her last will and testament, she included provision to lend financial support to those men and women who choose to pursue the field of ministry.
REQUIREMENTS: 
This scholarship is available to both graduating seniors and to those currently enrolled in seminary. This is the application for those already in seminary.

Ronald G. Long Agricultural Scholarship

The Ronald G. Long Scholarship was established in 2026 to assist students already pursuing post-secondary education in animal sciences, horticulture and/or agronomy.
REQUIREMENTS: 
Transcript from educational institution.
Letter of recommendation from an instructor or other person in your field.
Two short (under 500 words each) essays.
Applicants must be residents of Union County, Ohio.
Applicants must be already pursuing a degree program at an accredited two- or four-year college or university or vocational school.
Applicants must be studying animal sciences, horticulture and/or agronomy.
It is expected that one $500 award will be made in 2026.
